Overview
The Organisational Resilience and Performance Questionnaire (OrgRPQ™) measures work organisation factors that are proven to impact stress, resilience and wellbeing. The OrgRPQ™ measures factors as workload, role clarity, managerial support and change management. Measuring, monitoring and strengthening these areas can have a significant impact on organisational resilience and performance.
A joined-up approach to wellbeing and performance
The OrgRPQ™ is an online survey which measures key predictors of high resilience and high sustainable performance. The OrgRPQ™ serves as:
- a risk assessment for work stress
- an employee wellbeing survey and
- an employee engagement survey
The OrgRPQ™ questions are divided into 9 sub-factors as follows:
- Demands
- Control
- Manager’s Support
- Peer Support
- Relationships
- Role and
- Change
- Resources
- Rewards
There are also two sets of questions that measure employee engagement.
The OrgRPQ Report provides team and/or organisational scores across the nine dimensions listed above compared to a sample population. We provide clear recommendations for performance inprovements based on the results of the OrgRPQ™ combined with qualitative interviews.
The OrgRPQ™ is designed to be used alongside the Resilience Quotient Inventory (RQi™), to assess both sides of the wellbeing equation: employer and employee. Use of these two assessments together provides a clear picture of what organisations can do to create a healthy, high-performing work environment, and what individuals can do to manage stress and enhance wellbeing.
The OrgRPQ™ includes items from the UK’s Health and Safety Executive (HSE) Stress Management Standards and alongside questions developed Kirros based on Human Resources (HR) and health psychology research.
