We are delighted to anounce that the RQI has launched in Australia. In early 2025, Kirros finalised a partnership with Predictive Insight (PI), an outstanding consultancy based in Sydney, New South Wales. Established in 2033, PI offers a unique combination of world-class human analytics, training, coaching and expert consulting. PI is dedicated to supporting orgabisations in all sectors to align their talent strategy with business goals, to achieve the best possible results.
From 29th April to 2nd May, Dr Matthew Critchlow delivered an RQi Master Practitioner course with a team from Predictive Insight including the founder Tony High, and consultants Odelle Bell, Andy Foy and Gillian Kemmis. It was an absolute joy to work with such a fantastic group of experienced and dedicated people development consultants.
